How do I reconnect after lockdown? I feel like I don’t know my mate anymore?

Readjusting to a new normal can be difficult, especially when that new normal constantly changes.

It is really important to know that people will respond differently to changes and while one person may be desperate to run to the nearest beer garden, another might be really uncomfortable with the idea of being around people again.

The key is to be honest with your mates, ask them what they would be comfortable with, find a way to connect that you’re both happy with and once you are connected in a pressure free environment, things will seem easier.

Just take your time.

  2. Check in with where you'd be comfortable meeting up
